A Forest Divided[]
- Clover: "Are we going to die? Like Bramble?"
- Milkweed: "No, dear. Bramble was always sickly. We'll be fine. [...] Their sister, Bramble, died yesterday."
- A Forest Divided, pages 113-114
- After Gray Wing mentions Fluttering Bird's death, Clover wonders if they are going to die like Bramble. In response to this, Milkweed tells Clover that Bramble was always a sickly kit, and that they would be fine. Milkweed then sadly mentions to Gray Wing that Bramble died of starvation.
