History

Moth Flight's Vision

Although it is a difficult birth, Dangling Leaf is born alongside his siblings, Shade Pelt and Dusk Nose to Juniper Branch and Raven Pelt. Raven Pelt declares to Juniper Branch they are beautiful, both mates gazing at their kits.

When Cow and Mouse visit ShadowClan, Dangling Leaf points out to his sister that there are visitors, nudging her before racing to the rogues. It is noted that he is the biggest of the litter. Dangling Leaf halts in front of Cow, introducing himself. He then tips his head to the side, asking Cow and Mouse if they know that Micah is dead. Cow replies they do and Dusk Nose nudges her littermate, telling him that it was rude and he cannot ask questions like that. Dangling Leaf replies that their father told him that they can ask whatever they like. Shade Pelt points out Raven Pelt also said they have to learn when to be quiet or they'll never be good hunters. Continuing to stare at Cow, Dangling Leaf asks why they came if they know Micah is dead. Cow replies that they have come to see Moth Flight.

After Bubbling Stream joins ShadowClan, Pebble Heart mentions that Bubbling Stream is leading Dangling Leaf and his littermates on trips outside ShadowClan camp. Moth Flight worries about their safety but Pebble Heart reassures an adult cat is always following them; Mouse Ear had followed them through some nettles the previous day and everyone returned home with stung pads and noses. Pebble Heart explains that he had plenty of dock and every kit is stung eventually. Pebble Heart continues with the story, saying Mouse Ear really shouldn't have followed the kits through a nettle patch but he was determined to never lose sight of them.
