The following is a list of characters that do not fit the guidelines for receiving their own page, whether it be due to lack of a name, proper history, or other matters. This page lists minor characters from The Rise of Scourge.
Alongside the dark-colored kittypet, they watch Tiny as he walks underneath their fenceline. The kittypet's companion makes a remark about the young kit as they also agree that Tiny is much too young to be in the forest alone. This angers the kit, who in his bout of annoyance, trudges off into the woods, following a scent.

Old she-cat[]
"I couldn't resist kittens down on their luck. C'mere."
Scrawny, pale gray[4] she-cat[5] with long, frazzled whiskers, unkempt fur, white ear tips, a white muzzle,[4] and a top right tooth poking out of her mouth.[6] She has pale yellow eyes.[4]
Just as Tiny is chased away by rogues over food, the old she-cat shouts to Tiny, calling him little bit. She asks if he's lost and wants something to eat. She nibbles on a bone as Tiny asks if she doesn't mind sharing. She replies that she can't resist kittens down on their luck, thus inviting Tiny to partake in the meal. As Tiny eats some of the food, he states it is delicious and asks what it is. The old she-cat answers that it is chicken, and she is surprised that he doesn't know that despite being a kittypet. Tiny tells her he keeps hearing the word kittypet, and asks what it is. The rogue replies it's what cats like he is; cats that live with Twolegs. She states the collar Tiny is wearing gives it away. She also tells that she would ask what Tiny is doing out there, but it's none of her business. Tiny tries and struggles to take the collar off, and other rogues gather and laugh at him while the old cat just watches. The next day, Tiny cannot find her and instead has to ask different cats for food.
They and a group of rogues are eating Twoleg scraps when Tiny encounters them, asking if they would share their prey. The white rogue steps forward, sparing a glance to their companions and asks Tiny about the tooth in his collar. Unknowingly to them, Tiny lies about fighting a dog. The rogue considers the story before stepping aside to let the young cat have his share of food. Later, the rogue watches Tiny defeat the large dog and is shocked when he manages to scare it away.

Gray rogue[]
"Thank you, thank you so much, you've saved us, you've saved our lives! ...What's your name?"
After Tiny scares off the dog that had been preventing the Twolegplace cats from getting to food, they walk alongside him, hailing him as a hero. The rogue asks the young cat his name, to which Tiny replies, upon realizing that no cat in Twolegplace had asked before, that his name is Scourge.
Pale gray-and-white rogue[]
"Well, sir you see, he didn't have no call to take that rat... it was my rat, y'see, sir, and it just don't seem right nohow..."
After Scourge is hailed as a leader amongst the Twolegplace cats, the white rogue is among many other cats that go to the black tom with their problems. They complain to Scourge of another cat stealing their rat, despite it being rightfully theirs.
After Scourge is hailed as a leader amongst the Twolegplace cats, the tabby-and-white rogue, among others, complains to Scourge about their problems. The tabby bows their head while speaking to Scourge.
Scourge, Brick, and Bone encounter the rogue boss and their minions bullying a smaller gray-and-white she-cat. Scourge demands for her to be left alone. He saves the she-cat after killing the white stranger.
Rogue tabby boss[]
"You want to talk, runt? If I speak it'll only be with the leader of this ramshackle lot."
Bone and Brick alert Scourge to the tabby's presence after they start causing trouble amongst the Twolegplace cats. At first, Scourge picks up the scent of the forest, and believes the cat to be the tabby that attacked him, moons prior. However, when the leader spots the tabby harassing a she-cat, he realises that he doesn't recognize him.
The rogue tabby is alerted to Scourge's presence, and his followers are quick to back him up. But, the tabby opts to only speak to the leader of the Twolegplace cats, laughing when Scourge reveals himself to be that leader. When Scourge kills one of his followers, the tabby is visibly shocked and in anger, takes their leave, returning to the forest.
White bully rogue[]
"Tell you what, kittypet. We're just passing through... But while I'm here you can be my personal servant."
Egged on by their leader, the white rogue unsheathes their claws at Scourge, throwing orders at the small tom. Sick of their antagonizing behavior, Scourge strikes out at their throat in a flash, watching as they choke and collapse to the ground. Around the two, the other forest cats look on in horror, before getting the message and leaving Twolegplace.
The gray rogue sneers at Scourge when he declares himself leader of the Twolegplace cats. After their companion is killed, the gray cat looks on with horror.
