Flower is a she-cat.[2]
In Sunrise, Flower was one of the cats originally encouraged by Jingo to join together with Sol. When the dogs became a nuisance while the cats hunted, she was killed in an encounter. Sol reacts to her death by quickly arranging a group to attack the dogs and drive them out. Jingo is especially sorry for her neighbor's death as she persuaded Flower to join the group of cats in the first place.
