Flurry is a long-furred,[6] well-muscled and broad-shouldered,[7] ginger-and-white she-cat[2] with wide paws.[8][7]
Flurry is a Sister under Moonlight's and Snow's leaderships. She was born to Hawk along with her sister, Sparrow. Flurry warmed up to Squirrelflight and Leafstar while the Clan cats were staying in the Sisters' camp, and she later participated in the battle against the Clans, during which she nearly managed to kill Bramblestar. She left the lake with the rest of the Sisters sometime after. Rootspring and his patrol bring them back to the lake so they can help locate Bramblestar's spirit.

Darkness Within[]
- When Rootspring and his group find the Sisters, the warrior notes that Flurry and her sister Sparrow are among them. Flurry and Hawk look at Spotfur with concern due to her injuries, but don't offer to help her. Later, Flurry nods in agreement when the Sisters decide to go to the lake to help the Clans.
The Place of No Stars[]
- Tree recruits Snow, Sunrise, and Flurry to try to perform a ceremony to find a different entry point into the Dark Forest. While waiting for the sunset, Snow states that Flurry had caught a thorn in her pad, and that the she-cat needs treatment. Tigerstar and Shadowsight go out looking for chervil. They meet Mothwing on their search, who informs them that she had checked Flurry's paw and had cleaned it.

- Flurry stands by the Moonpool with the rest of the Sisters as the Clan leaders decide that they are to send a patrol of five warriors to travel to the Dark Forest. The ginger-and-white she-cat reminds them that they are to have no escorts, as for the process to be completely successful, there must be no disturbance. When the five warriors arrive, they are escorted by their kin and Clanmates, but Flurry does not seem irritated. The Sister begins the ceremony after the Clan cats say their goodbyes, but stops the ceremony when she tells the departing cats that Lightleap will not be able to make the journey. She and the other Sisters conduct the ceremony, this time with Shadowsight representing ShadowClan.
- When Graystripe and the Lights in the Mist return from the Dark Forest at the Moonpool, Flurry hurries away with the rest of the Sisters when told to get cobwebs for the ThunderClan elder.

Squirrelflight's Hope[]

- The next morning, Flurry enters the camp carrying herbs and drops them beside Leafstar. The ginger-and-white she-cat inspects her leg. She tells Squirrelflight that all Sisters can treat wounds; she asks the deputy what would happen if the Clan's medicine cat were to get sick. The Sister compares most of their group to Clan apprentices: always learning from each other. Flurry finishes treating the she-cat's wound as Moonlight enters the camp. She tells Squirrelflight that Moonlight's kits are due in a moon. The large gray she-cat approaches and asks her Sister if Leafstar's wound is healing, which she confirms that it is. Moonlight leads Squirrelflight and Flurry across the clearing towards where her den is being built. As the leader explains their way of life to her, the dark ginger she-cat mentions that Flurry said all of the Sisters are skilled healers.
- When SkyClan and ThunderClan send a rescue patrol, Flurry, Creek, and Sparrow dart out from the shadows to defend their mothers. Later, when Hawk returns from ThunderClan; Flurry runs up and rubs her cheek against Hawk's, happy that her mother is home.
- After Flickerkit passes away, the Sisters hold a ceremony to send him safely to StarClan, and Flurry is mentioned to take part in it. The next day, when Tree visits their camp, Creek is lying next to Flurry when he bristles in surprise at the sight of the yellow tom.
- During Moonlight's kitting, Flurry and her brother crouch wide-eyed at the edge of camp. After the gray she-cat finishes kitting, Squirrelflight peeks outside the den to see Sunrise, Creek, Furze, and Flurry with their hackles raised in the center of the clearing. The long-furred she-cat tells the battle patrol to leave their camp. She hisses quietly to Squirrelflight not to let the Clan cats know about Moonlight's kits, as she will look weak. Tigerstar is angry that the Sisters injured Strikestone, but Flurry flashes back that he nearly killed Sunrise. Squirrelflight tells Tigerstar to leave, and Flurry snarls that they can speak for themselves. The ginger-and-white cat is suspicious when the ThunderClan deputy says Leafpool has taken Moonlight somewhere safe, asking if the Clans told her to send their leader away.
- The battle begins, and Sunrise, Furze, Flurry, and Creek disappear among the mass of cats. Squirrelflight tells Twigbranch that the four cats are on their own in the fight. The remaining Sisters retreat, Furze calling for Creek and Flurry. The clearing empties, but Flurry's wounded body is left lying on the ground. After a few moments, the she-cat gets up, tackling Bramblestar and sinking her teeth into his neck. She lets go, swiping at his cheek while her other forepaw his pressed against his chest. As the tom tries to escape, Flurry continues to claw at him. Squirrelflight realizes she's trying to kill him, and leaps for the Sister.
- Flurry's attention is then drawn to Moonlight's kits as Twigbranch notifies them that the Clan cats have trapped them. She jumps off of Bramblestar and flees towards the others. She and Sunrise stand guard at their leader's makeshift den. The battle patrol stares at the two she-cats, hackles raised. Cats begin to dig at the roof of the cave; Flurry narrows her eyes against the dirt raining down. Moonlight gives the signal to attack, and Flurry swings a blow at Snaketooth.
