You all knew this was coming from the moment we closed the project. The inactivity and basically almost everyone who voted on that initial vote to close PCA have since then left, leaving only a select few of us to clean up the mess they left behind. I'm not sure how to phrase this without being overly offensive, but, I think the raw truth is much better than lying. Basically, everything I've wanted to say can also be read User blog:SnowedLightning/Shape Up, Warriors Wiki, and I really don't feel like typing it all up again. Users have left, people have changed, and the wiki has been not even half of what it used to be without PCA around. I know I'm nowhere near the only one that thinks this, and I wanted to get the ball rolling. This wiki is so desolate without that "silly little art project", and to be honest, I miss it. It gave those of us that worked constantly something to do aside from writing character articles, which does in fact get extremely boring after a while.

As for leads, I believe every current lead that still qualifies with the voting eligibility should be able to retain their rank, and those who have not met those should be given the rank of warrior (and be nominated as needed), and let the apprentices and kits stay as they are, unless they've met previous requirements.

Bring back the project, guys. We need it. And this is coming from me, of all people. Jayce(02:02, 4/22/2014)

I agree, honestly. This wiki's become deader than a cemetary, honestly! It saddens me to see people vote for more activity, only for most of them to not contribute to the other projects at all. We should bring PCA back. Queen Beebs 02:04, April 22, 2014 (UTC)

yes, more exitment. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Eevee of featherclan (talkcontribs)

theres been like literally 3 or 4 people editing constantly. there used to be tons. i dont care if pca wasnt supposed to be 'the main focus' it was whether we liked it or not and quite frankly those those voted for it to close left afterwards. thats a pretty piss poor thing to do. bring pca back. david 🌈 02:06, April 22, 2014 (UTC)

I agree with this. But I think some things do need to somehow change in PCA, like somehow make it more wiki-related if that makes any sense. Also, I think that new leads should be chosen based on who's still active and was a lead in PCA. idk if any of that made sense, actually c: -Ducksauce 02:27, April 22, 2014 (UTC)

Of course, Duck. That's one of the things I'd love to do should we open the project. I have tons of ideas (including how leads are chosen and some new requirements and stuff), but the talk page and all of the pages going with it are sysop-level locked, which means only Kitsu and Atelda are the only ones allowed to edit/unlock them. So, I figured that starting this would get that ball rolling. =3 Jayce(02:32, 4/22/2014)

Project Character Art was probably the most buzzing thing I have ever seen. Everyone loved it. Yeah, people have gotten quite picky over the years, but it's overall a fun experience and can really help you get a grip on some art tips. (Like shading and highlights.) It's really useful and this Wikia seems quite dead without it. Though, I must admit, a lot of drama was eliminated by closing this project... Either way, I agree, it should be reopened to everyone. The idea of a "art project for cats" is silly, but with some modifications, it really can be a fun experience, more than stressful. .Swagstorm. (talk) 02:32, April 22, 2014 (UTC)

Yes please. It's such a shame to see how dead this place has been recently, when we remember what it was like before. The PCA brought colour to this wiki, and I'm sure that we'll all agree that it's a good idea to bring it back. Sorrel It's everything I dreamed 16:29, April 22, 2014 (UTC)

Where as I agree that PCA shouldn't be the source of life for the wiki, it's clear that it's definately the most popular thing. We encouraged for light to be brought to other topics when the project was closed, but instead like mentioned before, we lost activity. I know I haven't been the most active, but school is in the home stretch and I'm still managing to do a few chapter summaries now and then. Making art would be a bit of a relaxer, if you get what I'm saying. So yeah, I agree with reopening the project. It would let people kind of be creative and help the wiki out in a more art-sy way instead of forcing everyone to only work on character articles (which don't get me wrong, are very important too, but not for everyone). I'm well aware I'm not longer active, but I have to agree. I'm kinda sorry I ever even brought it up in all honesty. -Rustle it takes a leap of faith22:39 Tue Apr 22 2014

I completely agree with this. I'm not going to say any more than that because there is no need to repeat eveyone xD — ferk my name is BLURRYFΛCE 13:40, 04/23/2014

I know I sound like I'm rushing things, but might I be able to ask for more comments from users that haven't said anything yet? There's tons of things I'd love to start discussions on, but in order to do that, we have to reopen the project first. This includes some tweaks on the guidelines and nominations process, ect. We'd also need to decide on a leader, deputy, and maybe one or two leads. But, we have to at least have the talk page unlocked before we can even begin that process.... so if there won't be anymore comments on this, I'd love to push it to a vote by next week. ^^ There aren't very many active members that need comment, I don't think, but I wanted to bump the conversation before it gets buried. Jayce(18:35, 4/24/2014)

god mobile is an ass to edit on I know I can't talk because I'm as active as a snail at a gym, but we really need to reopen PCA if we want activity. Because even if a lot of stuff was going towards it when other stuff needed attention, at least there was activity. It's rather upsetting to see that this buzzing place has died down to a few senior members and passing newbies. I'm all for reopening PCA. Berry Midnight Monster's Parade! 18:43 Thu Apr 24

If there aren't going to be any other comments within 24 hours on this, I'd really love to get a vote going. This is a final call for comments before a vote is put forward. And that means constructive comments, I'd think. Jayce(13:18, 4/28/2014)

I joined this wiki a few months before PCA closed, and although I know I will never join, it brought new users to this wiki, and I do think it should reopen. We now don't get new users like back then who wanted to join PCA and help with articles. It brought life to the wiki, and encouraged users to edit. And, honestly, the art makes the character pages look much more complete. When I go around and look at all of the pages without any, they look rather plain compared to those with even one charat did I spell that right?. So, yes, although users did tend to focus on PCA, I believe we should reopen it. Bird Squash one, squash two, squash three... 15:50, April 28, 2014 (UTC)

Since the only other comment in quite a many day was a comment to support, I've gone ahead and made the vote, which can be accessed /Vote. Go ahead and vote away. Jayce(17:14, 4/29/2014)
