    • Stonefur appeals to Leopardstar for her orders, and she reinforces Tigerstar's command.
  • Tigerstar orders Darkstripe to kill Stonefur.
    • Darkstripe and Stonefur fight and Leopardstar silently cheers Stonefur on.
      • She then thinks that the half-Clan cats must die for Tigerstar's vision of a single united Clan and to protect RiverClan.

  • Back home, the Clan admires the patrol's catch, but when Shadepaw is injured by a thorn in the fish, Crookedstar realizes the truth.

  • Crookedstar calls Leopardfur and informs her that Brokenstar has been driven out of ShadowClan, with Nightpelt as their new leader.
