Tawnypelt's Clan

Moss is a part of a border patrol with Breeze, Snow and Night when Tawnypelt, Dovewing and Shadowkit are found. Snow calls to Moss and Night to meet them by a thornbush. At the Tribe's cave, Dovewing recognises Moss, calling a greeting to her.
The Tribe blocks the river above the waterfall to try to prevent a large tree destroying their cave before climbing down the cliff. The tree starts moving from it's position and Moss realises they have not stopped it. She cries they all need to climb up again to get out of it's way, but there is no time. Luckily, lightning destroys the tree.
As the Clan cats are getting ready to leave, Moss anxiously tells them to keep watch for eagles. She offers to smear mud of their fur so they may be camouflaged and safe from eagles. She then offers to show the best way down from the mountains.

"We haven’t stopped it. We need to climb back up and get out of the way!"
