Mossleaf is a bright-eyed tom.^[1]

In Crookedstar's Promise, he is one of the StarClan warriors who gather to give Crookedjaw his nine lives. Mossleaf gives Crookedjaw his fourth life, the life of trust. As Crookedjaw touches his nose to Mossleaf's, he feels the peace of a wide blue sky spread through him. Along with the other StarClan cats, Mossleaf later hails Crookedjaw by his new leader name, Crookedstar, honored by StarClan.
