- In the Warriors Adventure Game, Muddypaw is the example character created to demonstrate how to play the Warriors Adventure Game. Once he reaches ten moons old, Muddypaw earns his warrior name of Muddyclaw. He has desires to become a medicine cat, and specializes in medicine and herb lore.

- As an apprentice, Muddypaw is shy, quiet,[3] nervous of battles, but is eager to help his Clan.[1] He is very clever, makes friends easily,[1] and hopes to become a medicine cat.[3] Before making decisions, Muddypaw deliberately thinks things through.[4] Muddyclaw's distaste of fighting continues as he becomes a warrior, and chooses to learn about herbs and specialize in evading and detecting enemies from afar.[5]
