| "It isn't a river that Clan cats can access. It isn't easy to travel between afterlives. The wildcats have accumulated this knowledge over generations and generations." |

The River of Spirits is a river that connects all the afterlives known in the Warriors franchise.[2] Only the wildcats' ancestors have learned how to transverse the River of Spirits to travel to other afterlives.[3]
It is a wide[2] river with large fish swimming in it.[4] Both banks are covered in mist until a cat concentrates. The wildcats' ancestors is located upstream, with the Tribe of Endless Hunting, the Dark Forest, and StarClan downstream.[1]
