The Apprentice's Quest

The Apprentice's Quest does not formally appear in The Blazing Star , but is listed in the allegiances.

She is seen at the gathering, suggesting that the feathers she had found to line her nest to be important for the prophecy. She is called a stupif furball by her mentor Duskfur

Thunder and Shadow

Thunder and Shadow does not formally appear in The Blazing Star , but is listed in the allegiances. At a Gathering, Mistystar announces that RiverClan has two new warriors, Shadepelt and Foxnose. Bramblestar also mentions Sparkpelt's new name, and the Clans cheer for the three young cats.

Shattered Sky

Petalfur, Heronwing, Shadepelt, and Foxnose are killed in a major clash between the Kin and RiverClan. Mosspelt staggers up to Mistystar after the battle and rasps that Shadepelt and Petalfur had been killed.
