- Swampkit and Blossomkit are the kits of Dawncloud and Finchflight of ShadowClan. When Yellowfang brings ThunderClan cats, ShadowClan's elders to help rescue stolen ThunderClan kits. She introduces Dawncloud and mentions that she had two kits that died while driving out WindClan. Dawncloud explains she does not want to lose more of her kits as her motivation to help drive out Brokenstar.

- Swampkit was originally introduced in Su Susann's "Missing Kits" on Vicky's Facebook as a white tom with ginger patches and green eyes. He was dragged into battle by Brokenstar before his sixth moon and died in battle.[11] Swampkit's half-siblings through Dawncloud were Crowfrost and Spiderfoot.[12]
