Changes: The gorge

The Gorge was in RiverClan's territory in the Old Forest. It was a steep and deep cliff that lead down to the river. It led to the deaths and injuries of many cats. When Firestar and Graystripe brang WindClan back they are escorted across RiverClan territory and are attacked near the Gorge. Sandstorm almost falls in when she is battling a RiverClan cat. Firestar saves her before she can fall. A couple seconds later Whiteclaw who had been fighting Graystripe fell over the edge. Graystripe attempted to save him but Whiteclaw fell over anyways. Leopardstar hated him for it and it lead to a deep grude between her and Graystripe as Whiteclaw was her mate. Later in A Dangerous Path Firestar plans to lead the pack of dogs over the edge of the Gorge. however he is attacked by Tigerstar andwould have been killed if it were not for Bluestar who hurled hgerself at the lead dog and hurled it over the edge. The Pack Leader grabbed her leg and pulled her in as well though. Firestar jumped in to save her and almost drowned himself but Mistyfoot and Stonefur helped them both and Bluestar died on the shores of the Gorge. It is not mentioned much after that.
