Goosefeather was natural skilled with medicine but as he grew older he became more known for his laziness and temper.
Because Bluestar and Snowfur are his kin through Moonflower, he took a close interest in them.
He interpreted omens in dark ways, insisting that WindClan would destroy ThunderClan.
He interpreted a second omen as a sign to destroy WindClan’s medicine supply.
The battle was disastrous, and led to the death of Moonflower, but still Goosefeather insisted he wasn’t wrong.
Goosefeather interpreted another omen for Bluepaw that she will blaze through the forest but water will quench her. Bluepaw did not believe him, as she blamed him for Moonflower's death.
Goosefeather retreated to the belief that ThunderClan was doomed, so Featherwhisker quietly and optimistically took over as medicine cat.
Goosefeather's last madness was reacting to Tigerkit, insisting he shouldn’t have survived and insisting that Bluefur must become deputy at any cost.
Goosefeather shaped the future of ThunderClan, but Bluefur was glad to have Featherwhisker at her side.
Squirrelflight is like fire with energy to scorch trees and a tongue to scar beech bark.
She is passionately loyal to her Clan and to what’s right, even taking in Leafpool’s kits.
She was an apprentice when she went on the Journey to Midnight, proving herself to be brave and feisty.
She demonstrated her father’s courage and her mother’s quiet determination.
Ashfur fell in love with her, but failed to apprentice her strength in her impulses, and Squirrelflight needed someone like Brambleclaw to match her fire.
When the truth came out about Leafpool’s kits, Brambleclaw could not forgive his mate for lying to him.
Squirrelflight accepted this as her punishment, as the shame she had brought to ThunderClan meant she didn’t feel worthy of love.
Her loyalty never wavered, and when Bramblestar became leader, he wanted no one else to become his deputy.
Hollyleaf was the thinker, sensitive and cunning to the different consequence of an action.
The warrior code to her lay down at every choice, and she fought hard to defend it.
She wanted nothing to serve her Clan, becoming a medicine cat apprentice, but her heart lay with becoming a warrior.
When she heard the prophecy, she found her strength in her faith in the warrior code.
She was broken when she heard Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw aren’t her parents, and was terrified of the consequences of Ashfur spilling their secret.
She didn’t mean to kill Ashfur, and there was no point in telling Firestar anyway.
When she discovered her true parents, Hollyleaf could not comprehend the secret, only spilling it at a Gathering.
She fled to the tunnels, but she could not live there forever, returning back to her home.
She fought and died against the Dark Forest, her plea for forgiveness already fulfilled.
Brambleclaw arrives at the Moonpool with Jayfeather, quivering with excitement but exhaustion.
They fall asleep, and Brambleclaw hears a whispering. Thinking he is being disturbed, he sits up to see StarClan around him.
He realizes Jayfeather can see in his dreams, and is proud of how far his adopted son has grown.
Brambleclaw sees Firestar, and is overwhelmed with grief. Firestar tells him that he lived a good life, and chose a great deputy.
The ceremony starts, and Brambleclaw receives lives from Firestar, Goldenflower, Bluestar, Mousefur, Lionheart, Ferncloud, Cinderpelt, Feathertail and Ravenpaw.
Bramblestar promises to lead his Clan according to the gifts of his lives, and he will be proud if he's half the leader Firestar is.
Firestar wishes Bramblestar to go well, and promises to always be with him.
Raggedstar was born to an unknown father, and their taunts made him feel determined to prove his courage and skill in battle.
Raggedpelt was well respected but not liked because of his prickly nature. Only Yellowpaw saw through to the vulnerability.
He discovers his father and moons later, kills him.
Yellowfang becoming a medicine cat infuriated Raggedpelt, unable to understand why she chose to walk an isolated path.
It was too late for them to separate, as Yellowfang had his kits. Raggedpelt was overjoyed then furious they will never know who their mother is.
Only one kit survived, and Raggedstar raised his son to fight back against the teasing as he knew what it is like to have one parent.
He was desperately proud, and made Brokentail deputy as soon as he could.
Even Raggedstar's ambitions and readiness pales against Brokentail's desire for power, and Raggedstar realizes his mistake and confesses to Yellowfang.
Raggedstar tries to order Brokentail to train less fiercely, causing Brokentail to ambush and kill his father.
Sagewhisker served Cedarstar then Raggedstar, but died before Brokenstar's cruel leadership.
She has a prodigious memory for herbs and a gift of listening to StarClan but was particularly good at observing cats around her.
She realized that Yellowpaw had special sensitivities to other cats’ pains and sicknesses.
Her suspicions are correct after a skirmish. Yellowfang had no scratch but knew where he Clanmates were hurt.
Yellowfang was set on being a warrior but Sagewhisker was patient, knowing Yellowfang had to choose on her own but still letting her help with duties.
Yellowfang finally becomes a medicine cat apprentice, and Sagewhisker agreed without gloating, helping Yellowfang block out the pain of others.
After Yellowfang became a full medicine cat, Sagewhisker realized she is pregnant, and wonders if she made a grave mistake.
She convinces Yellowfang to tell Raggedstar so the kits’ have one parent in the Clan, and Sagewhisker kept Yellowfang out of the nursery after the birth.
Sagewhisker died sorting herbs, completing her duties to her last breath and trusting Yellowfang the same.
Brokenstar walked a dark path from the start, determined to prove he is stronger, braver and more ferocious than his Clanmates will ever be.
Due to his great loyalty, he became deputy, but killed his father to become leader.
As a leader, Brokenstar saw a reign of terror, attacking WindClan and making under aged kits fight.
When Yellowfang spoke out, he exiled her and continued his leadership, driving out WindClan and looking to ThunderClan territory.
He underestimated ThunderClan, and was captured by them and taken prisoner, cared for his mother without realizing it.
After plotting with Tigerstar to attack ThunderClan, Yellowfang killed his son, letting him know his mother and the destruction he brought upon himself.
In the Dark Forest, he still raged against the Clans, joining Tigerstar to recruit Clan cats.
In the final Battle, Yellowfang came down from StarClan and killed her son, sending him away from the Clans forever.
Pinestar leaving ThunderClan left a shame that stalked Tigerkit throughout his life.
Mentored by Thistleclaw, Tigerpaw was desperate to prove his loyalty, and a skirmish with an easy victory only fuelled his hunger for victory.
Tigerclaw saw his chance to kill Redtail and blame RiverClan, and was eventually made deputy as he hoped, but the attention was already to Fireheart.
As Bluestar grows older, Tigerclaw decides to quicken to leadership, making a trap before plotting with rogues from ShadowClan and Brokenstar an attack.
It failed and Tigerclaw was banished, but while swearing vengeance he charmed his way into ShadowClan, becoming leader after Nightstar.
Tigerstar plotted at once against ThunderClan, luring wild dogs into their camp and forming a failed alliance with BloodClan.
At the moment the Clans were ready to fight each other, Scourge turned on Tigerstar and ripped away his nine lives.
Death was no obstacle as Tigerstar trained his sons through their dreams, urging them to kill Firestar. Hawkfrost was willing but Brambleclaw wasn’t.
Undaunted by the failure, he trains even more Clan cats and lead them against the Clans.
Tigerstar strikes the blow that sends Firestar to StarClan, but Firestar gives the strike that sends Tigerstar out of the Dark Forest and the Clans forever.
ShadowClan was in ruins after Tigerstar’s leadership, and it was up to Blackstar to take over leadership.
He took a loyal, dogged and a nearly unnoticed path to rallying and restoring his Clan’s strength.
Blackstar had faith in the virtues of his Clan, acknowledging ShadowClan’s role to the deaths but refusing apologizing for long-gone Clanmates.
Blackstar looked to the future, and settled his Clan into their new territory beside the lake.
Blackstar however became disillusioned with this life that seemed too difficult as the new territory was filled with many things he hoped to leave behind.
Sol offered a different way of living, and since the tom predicted an eclipse convinced Blackstar to listen, ceasing many Clan traditions.
A message from StarClan that started out false convinced Blackstar to have faith again and exile Sol.
Blackstar led his Clan against the Dark Forest and won, the oldest leader still proud of his Clans’ fearsome reputation and warriors’ fighting skills.
Blackstar would lay down each and every remaining life he has to protect the warrior code.
Born in ThunderClan, Tawnypaw was bright and confident as an apprentice, with a temper that clashed especially when her loyalty is questioned.
She was horrified to learn about her father, and insisted her loyalties are to ThunderClan as she rejects Tigerstar’s offers to join ShadowClan.
When Tigerstar allied with RiverClan and drove out half-Clan cats, Tawnypaw was judged more and more harshly, and was pushed to the breaking point.
She left ThunderClan to ShadowClan to find acceptance, and earned Blackstar’s trust, becoming a warrior.
Tawnypelt went on the quest to find Midnight, and helped the group with her courage and willingness to judge others beyond where their Clan loyalty lies.
She wasn’t as quick to dismiss Crowpaw for his temper and encouraged Feathertail to see past it, something she probably regretted later.
Tigerstar offered her training, but Tawnypelt knew he would never give what she wants: peace, security and loyalty. She found this in Rowanclaw.
Tawnypelt proved that loyalty isn’t treating other cats like enemies since she stayed compassionate to Brambleclaw and the other ThunderClan cats.
Tawnypelt lived free of Tigerstar’s reputation and influence, living with independence and purpose that Tigerstar would have been proud of.
Tallstar was born to tunnelers and they expected Tallkit to walk in their pawsteps, but Tallkit was interested in being a moor runner instead.
Heatherstar saw this and gave him a moor runner mentor much to his parents’ disappointment.
Sandgorse was however killed tunnelling with Sparrow, and Talltail journeyed to find the rogue for revenge.
He found Jake, and made an unlikely friendship with him as they searched for the group of rogues.
Jake told Talltail that he would be a better cat and not kill Sparrow. Talltail remembers this just as Sparrow is at the edge of the cliff and lets him live.
Sparrow falls anyway, and Talltail risks himself to rescue him. Sparrow tells that Sandgorse saved his life, and Talltail left the rogues.
Expecting to travel with Jake, but Jake returns to his Twoleg and Talltail followed his heart back to WindClan.
As leader, Tallstar remembers his experience and would rather ally with a Clan than fight, especially when Jake’s son Firestar came to ThunderClan.
Tallstar made Onewhisker deputy with his dying breath, dismissing Mudclaw. His intentions were good, but it led to many problems for WindClan.
Crowpaw went on a journey to find Midnight, an unlikely choice but proved to be a brave fighter, and soon fell in love with Feathertail.
When the group try to kill Sharptooth, Crowpaw is cornered and Feathertail gives her life for his, leaving the tom heartbroken.
Crowfeather chose his name in memory of her, and swore never to be so vulnerable, and Leafpool tried to reassure Feathertail is still watching.
Crowfeather refused to let the she-cat slip his mind, but ended up Leafpool was poised over a cliff, and Crowfeather knew this time he can save her.
That night, he realizes and admits his feelings for Leafpool, no matter how guilty it made him feel. The both try to ignore their feelings for a while.
Crowfeather persuades Leafpool they are better together and they leave, but hear that ThunderClan is under attack by badgers and run to the rescue.
Cinderpelt is killed, and Crowfeather knew he lost Leafpool. He returns to WindClan and becomes mates with Nightcloud to prove his loyalty.
When he learned of Leafpool’s kits, he refused to acknowledge that, living in torment as he cannot connect with Breezepelt and resents Nightcloud.
In the Great Battle, Crowfeather fiercely protected Lionblaze from Breezepelt, and told Leafpool he never regretted a thing, close to accepting their kits.
Nightcloud was concerned she would never have kits when Crowfeather asks to be his mate.
She tried to make him fall in love, but realized that he only asked to prove his loyalty, choosing the short-tempered defensive she-cat.
Nightcloud didn’t respect nor like Crowfeather, but loved their son Breezepelt with a strength that came from Crowfeather not liking him equally.
Breezepelt was desperate for acknowledgement from his father, and heard the whispers of Crowfeather’s past. He was determined to not be disloyal.
He could have been a great warrior, but Crowfeather’s negligence and Nightcloud’s insistence he answers to no one gave Breezepelt arrogance and fury.
Breezepaw saw Brambleclaw’s warm treatment of his kits and his fury burned brighter, as well as his horror when he learned they are Crowfeather’s kits.
The Dark Forest gave him a chance to be a better warrior, and knowing their true nature, relished the thought of punishing the ones that made him suffer.
In the Great Battle he attacks Lionblaze but Crowfeather chased him away, blaming him for his own decisions and taking the dark path.
Breezepelt lost his chance of revenge, unbalancing injustice and gave his father the chance to accept his ThunderClan son.
Crookedstar explains other Clans are suspicious of his Clan because of their swimming skills and interest of getting wet.
They are descended off cats mostly not from the mountains, but from cats that saw the use of the river.
Those cats saw the easy access of food in every season and protection from the other Clans.
Their main diet of fish gave them thick glossy fur and RiverClan decorate their dens with shells and other valuables.
RiverClan warriors fight bravely, but are called cowards as they rarely go into battle.
There’s not need as an enemy that is not willing to cross the river isn’t an enemy worth picking a fight with.
Sunningrocks however was an exception, since the river changed its course and ThunderClan can reach them. There countless battles over the rocks.
Every Clan now lives beside water, but RiverClan still are the only enter it to find food. They settled on the island first before settling around a stream.
RiverClan has been threatened by poison and Twoleg kits but they quietly endure with their pride in their independence and swimming skills.
Oakkit was aware that Rainflower favored him over Crookedkit, but it was no different to Oakkit, who was loyal and protective to his brother.
Oakpaw honed his skills as an apprentice, proving his fighting and fishing skills and prompting whispers of leadership.
Oakheart met Bluefur and her cool wit a sharp tongue intrigued him, so he seeked her out at Gatherings.
Oakheart saw no harm in what he was doing as he was still a loyal warrior. He asked to meet Bluefur in the cover of night at Fourtrees.
They parted ways, and Crookedstar asked for Oakheart to be his deputy but he refused, torn between his loyalty to his Clan and Bluefur.
After hearing Bluefur's expecting his kits, he started planning a future but Bluefur is raising them alone, so Oakheart swore to be their father if they need him.
Bluefur gave their kits up to Oakheart and he gave them to Graypool, and watched them grow strong.
Oakheart was killed before Tigerstar’s reign and destruction over half-Clan cats, dying by a rock slide during a battle over Sunningrocks.
Oakheart had a true warrior’s end, a cat with more courage and dignity that his Clan has ever realized.
Hawkfrost, Mothwing and Tadpole are born to Sasha as loners but after losing Tadpole to a flood, she brought her kits to RiverClan.
She hoped that Clan life would give her kits a better chance of survival and when she came back for them, they were already loyal.
Before Hawkfrost knew his father he wanted to be leader, training hard to catch fish over and over even though he hasn’t got the instincts for it.
His reward was temporarily being made deputy, but knows that being Leopardstar's favourite doesn’t guarantee respect from the rest of the Clan.
To gain this, he faked an omen to make his sister the medicine cat apprentice. Tigerstar saw potential in the coldhearted ambition cat from the Dark Forest.
He trained Hawkfrost in his dreams, encouraging to support Mudclaw uprising. Hawkfrost insisted he wasn’t part of it after Mudclaw's death.
Hawkfrost plotted with a ThunderClan cat to kill Firestar, but at the last moment Brambleclaw turned on his half-brother and killed him.
Hawkfrost helped train other cats in the Dark Forest, seeking out Ivypaw and watching with pride as she grows to become one of the most skilled.
After realizing Ivypool is a spy, he tried killing her but Hollyleaf took the blow. He is chased back into the Dark Forest for good.
She was fascinated with healing herbs and only objected Hawkfrost's method of making her a medicine cat apprentice and feared it being discovered.
Mothwing is a quick learner, sensitive to sick and injured cats and well trusted but suffered a fatal flaw: She doesn’t believe in StarClan.
Instinct and experience replaced guidance from StarClan, and Mothwing was forced to do as Hawkfrost tells her due to him threatening to reveal her secret.
Her lack of belief started to destroy her Clan as she could not receive important warnings. Terrified, Mothwing confided in Leafpool, who helped.
Mistystar's leadership ceremony forced Mothwing to confess her secret, prompting Mistystar to think her leadership is threatened.
An omen however convinced Mistystar otherwise as StarClan found a better solution in Willowshine.
Willowshine showed an interest as a kit with a keenness of herbs and effort to help made her a great choice for Mothwing's apprentice.
Willowshine eventually knew of Mothwing's secret, but learned of StarClan from Leafpool, not caring of the secret.
Mothwing is wise, experienced and deserved Willowshine's loyalty and respect, and Willowshine vowed to keep the secret to her final breath.
SkyClan is the first Clan as the founder Clear Sky didn’t stay on the moor but saw the use of the woodland and brought with him cats skilled at leaping.
The moor cats became jealous but Clear Sky knew he was sowing the seeds of the group that could have lasted forever.
Clear Sky could not have foreseen the destruction of the Twolegs on his territory.
Cloudstar says when he was leader, the trees were being torn down and SkyClan were the most vulnerable Clan for the first time ever.
SkyClan asked for help from the other Clans but Cloudstar says it seemed their important place in history meant nothing to them.
Cloudstar led his Clan on a long journey until he found the gorge, where SkyClan thrived nurturing the warrior code.
Rats however came and drove the Clan out, scattering the cats until Firestar came to restore the Clan, defeating the rats.
Firestar taught the cats to uphold the warrior code and recruited cats with echoes of SkyClan skills, the heart of SkyClan has never died.
Cloudstar admits some SkyClan cats aren’t fully cast away from their kittypet connections but SkyClan thrives once more.
Cloudstar was aware and proud of his Clan's role in history and their reputation and strength.
When Twolegs destroyed SkyClan territory, Cloudstar begged his rivals to help but the leaders refused. SkyClan was forced to leave and find a new home.
Cloudstar also had to leave his mate Birdflight and their kits Spottedkit and Gorsekit behind, leaving him grief-stricken.
Cloudstar found a new home for his Clan, but his faith in StarClan was shattered enough that he didn’t heed the warrior code.
Cloudstar watched his Clan dwindle to dust as rats scattered them many moons after his death.
Skywatcher was the last descendant living in the gorge when Firestar came. He knew of SkyClan from his mother's teachings and stories of the Clan.
Skywatcher was alone with thoughts muddled with age, most nights sitting on a jutting rock and staring at the stars, giving him the nickname of Moony.
Firestar saw the value with the rambling and when he rebuilt SkyClan, Skywatcher was welcomed as an elder before peacefully joining StarClan.
He never forgot the debt he owes to Firestar, chosen to deliver the prophecy to the ThunderClan leader.
Leaf was a loner, living happily on her own and hunting for herself when Firestar invited her to join SkyClan.
She was curious enough to come to the meeting to hear more. The tales of StarClan and cats helping each other survive convinced Leaf to join.
Given the name of Leafdapple, she learned fast from Firestar and Sandstorm and was given Sparrowpaw as an apprentice.
She helped her Clan set borders and fighting as fierce as a lion against the rats that tortured SkyClan.
A vision revealed Leafdapple as the new leader of SkyClan. She was hesitate of the responsibilities at first, but her faith gave her the courage to become leader.
With great support, Leafstar led her Clan through the early seasons, fending off attacks and negotiating new types of warriors: daylight warriors.
Leafstar knew they would not be fully respected, but knew things were different and needed the number of cats in SkyClan to increase.
Some daylight-warriors proved unable to stay with the Clan and others did not, but Leafstar was right to let them be a Clan cat and SkyClan flourished.
Leafstar had her own kits with Billystorm, Firekit, Stormkit and Harrykit were rescued them from a Twoleg. Billystorm realized how much his family meant to him so became a full warrior.
The only fatal mistake Leafstar made was sending away Sol. It’s not dangerous for her Clan but is for the four other Clans.
Stoneteller was the healer when the Clans passed through the mountains, and was the Stoneteller that had to face Sharptooth.
When his prey-hunters and cave-guards, failed he began to lose hope for his Tribe’s survival until he receives a prophecy of a silver cat saving the Tribe.
The six journeying cats came to the mountains and Stoneteller was certain it is Stormfur, but they failed and he banished them.
The cats returned however and it was Feathertail who saved them. Stoneteller was proud at the save, but acknowledged the debt owed.
With no one to share the leadership, Stoneteller found the burden was too much.
When a group of cats arrived and took prey, Stoneteller lost hope in his ancestors, refusing to name the next Stoneteller.
The moment before his death, Stoneteller saw the Tribe of Endless Hunting, watching and waiting for him.
Realizing his mistake, he was relieved when Jayfeather named the next Stoneteller from his place with his ancestors.
Brook knew she was going to be a prey-hunter, and was fiercely loyal to her Tribe.
When the six Clan cats came, she was the first to question if Stormfur was the cat of the prophecy that a silver cat will save them.
Brook taught Stormfur the Tribe ways, and eventually became his mate and mother of his kits. Her life was conflict between her Tribe and Stormfur.
When Feathertail was chosen to be one of the Clan cats to journey, Stormfur refused to let her go without him, unknowing it will eventually separate them.
After Feathertail's death, Stormfur returned to RiverClan but wanted to spend his life with Brook, and joined the Tribe.
When a group of cats came, Stormfur pushed for the Tribe to fight, which ended in many deaths. He was blamed and exiled.
He went to RiverClan again, but with Hawkfrost's worry he’d be chosen deputy he forced Brook, and Stormfur out.
After staying in ThunderClan, his former Tribemates begged for help, and he returned with Clan cats to help persuade Stoneteller.
Stormfur is strong and loyal who finally found his place in the world.
Crag was leader of the cave-guards and was skilled at protecting the prey-hunters from eagles.
He was one of the first to meet Stormfur when the journeying Clan cats first came to the mountains.
He was disappointed to miss the chance of friendship when Stormfur was taken prisoner and Crag escorted the other Clan cats out.
When strange cats came to the mountains and fought the Tribe, Crag fought bravely back.
Clan cats came to help them but Crag was reluctant to let them help.
He was afraid the Tribe will lose everything they value if they follow Clan ways, but helped establish territory and joined patrols.
After the death of Stoneteller, Jayfeather needed to choose an experienced cat to succeed him, a cat with courage, faith and selflessness. Crag was that cat.
Crag was astonished and honored to be chosen and promised to serve his Tribe for the rest of his life.
Gray Wing clearly did not want to leave the mountains, but when Jagged Peak recklessly left, he went after his brother.
The pair caught up with the group and continued traveling on to their new home.
Turtle Tail secretly loved Gray Wing, but Gray Wing loved Bright Stream, who was Clear Sky’s mate.
Bright Stream however was taken by an eagle, and Gray Wing blamed himself for not rescuing her.
At their new home, Gray Wing stayed on the moor but Clear Sky and other cats moved to the forest, much to Gray Wing’s dismay.
He fell in love with a rogue called Storm, but she had Clear Sky’s kits, but she and three kits died at an abandoned Twoleg den.
Gray Wing saved one kit and named him Thunder, and took him to the moor as Clear Sky refused to do anything with him.
Gray Wing saved cats from a fire, but was permanently weakened. Despite that, he took over leader after Tall Shadow, and fell in love with Turtle Tail.
Gray Wing never became a true leader but his gift of planning battles and compassion historically gave him the name Graywing the Wise.
Clear Sky was excited to find a new home, and persuaded his mate Bright Stream to go with him, but after she was killed he blamed himself.
He began to recover from his deep depression when he settled a group in the forest, using his jumping talents to hunt high in the trees and recruiting rogues.
Clear Sky became obsessed with keeping his cats safe and created and guarded borders, attacking any cats that cross.
Clear Sky insisted that all cats should take care of themselves and contribute, so when Jagged Peak permanently broke his leg, he drove him out.
After meeting Storm, he was instantly in love and she joined the group but later left because of his obsession.
Storm was killed by a collapsed Twoleg den and Gray Wing rescued one kit. Clear Sky rejected his son but regretted it after a fire in the forest.
He invited Thunder to the group but still kept up his fierceness to intruders and his own cats, leading Thunder to leave the group.
After the Great Battle, Clear Sky realized his actions caused so much violence. Still proud and protective, he grew less fierce to the other Early Settlers.
Clear Sky was gentler to the weaker cats of his group, and became SkyClan’s first leader.
Dappled Pelt is compassionate and skilled with herbs, passionate and has an excellent memory. She journeyed from the mountains with other cats.
When Jagged Peak injures his leg, she stayed with Clear Sky’s group to help him heal but her loyalty to the moor cats led her gratefully back home.
Dappled Pelt discovered a yearning for water, learning to fish for minnows. She became friends with River Ripple.
After the Great Battle, Dappled Pelt found her true home beside the river and lived with River Ripple. She eventually became RiverClan's first medicine cat.
Cloud Spots settled on the moor and had an interest in healing, working well with Dappled Pelt and making a great team.
Cloud Spots was however not a strong fighter and didn’t join the Great Battle but instead stayed back and prepared for the wounded.
Cloud Spots was shy and reserved, making it harder to show compassion to his patients, especially when it comes to kits.
Cloud Spots grew a bond with Pebble Heart, and taught him all his knows about herbs.
Cloud Spots was happier under the dense forest, and eventually settled there to become the first medicine cat of ThunderClan.
Wind was at first a loner living on the moor with Gorse, hostile to the Early Settlers when they first arrived and accusing of them of stealing prey.
Wind and Gorse gradually soon to see the advantages of living in a group.
Wind could race over the moors and was a great hunter, even following rabbits into their burrows, brave and fast as she was out in the open.
Despite Gray Wing’s distaste for tunnels, she taught him and the other moor cats on tunnel hunting.
When Jagged Peak is crushed by a tunnel collapse, Wind and Gorse dig him up and clear his nose and mouth of dirt, saving his life.
For Wind, the point when she became a member is when she was expecting kits and asked to fully join the group for the protection of her kits and took longer names.
Wind Runner was strong and intelligent but pushy when it comes to leadership decisions, causing stirs of Wind Runner likely taking over.
After the Great Battle, Wind remained on the moor but she, Gorse Fur and their kits separated from the group for some time, leaving the hollow.
Tough and determined, Wind Runner eventually becomes the first leader of WindClan.
Moth Flight is one of the first to be born to the moor-cats and is the daughter of Wind Runner and Gorse Fur.
She has a restless, curious dreamy nature, which made her seem as if she cannot be a warrior despite her swift paws and honesty.
Gentle but playful, she would always be distracted from hunting and battle by the smallest of things, like a feather or a berry.
She almost leads Gorse Fur to his death because of this, who had to push her out of the path of a Monster when she was distracted again.
Furious, Windstar exiled her daughter from WindClan.
These qualities however that helped decide her destiny led Moth Flight to the Moonstone. She followed the smallest signs to the Highstones and Mothermouth.
Once there, her ancestors told her told her to become the first medicine cat and showed her who the other medicine cats will be.
They explained that their role isn’t just healing but seeing omens and interpreting prophecies to help guide their leader.
Moth Flight who was once an outcast will always be admired and remembered by future generations as the first true medicine cat.
Ravenpaw was appointed Tigerclaw as his mentor, who was never going to train Ravenpaw to be an ambitious and ferocious warrior.
Ravenpaw prefers finding peaceful solutions through compromising and agreement.
Tigerclaw saw this as weakness and pushed Ravenpaw to hysteria, and after Ravenpaw witnessed Redtail's death and lying about it, he was in great danger.
Firepaw saved his friend by taking him to a barn that warriors pass to go to the Moonstone.
Ravenpaw found peace and freedom from the Clan life he longed for but most important found a great friend at the Barn: Barley.
Barley was born as a BloodClan cat, insisting to stay with his sister Violet against Scourge’s wishes brought great danger.
He was punished by witnessing Violet being attacked by their brothers, Ice and Snake. Violet just survived and became a kittypet after.
Barley moved to the barn, and both cats always were willing to help the Clans many times, from battling BloodClan to helping with the Great Journey.
Ravenpaw missed his ThunderClan friends, but none would of forced him back to his old home.
Smudge first noticed Rusty’s obsession with the wild cats of the forest, but had no interest himself.
He was a loyal and brave friend of Rusty, and when he started dreaming of SkyClan cats, he left the safety of his home to find Firestar.
The narrator wonders why they sent these dreams to a pampered kittypet and suggests they are less judgemental of cats different to them.
Princess was Firestar’s littermate and went to live at a different Twoleg nest when they were still kits.
She didn’t know about Firestar's path until they met at the border. Although she doesn't want to join, she is proud enough to give her son to the Clan life.
The decision she made would be questioned sometimes but it was a sign of the kittypet's trusting and hopeful nature.
Firestar often thought of his sister, even after the Clans had to flee the forest.
Princess still thinks of her sibling too, and her son. Despite this, she has no intention to go search for them to found out if they are still alive.
Scourge was originally called Tiny, a small protesting kit who was scorned and dismissed by his littermates, Socks and Ruby.
Determined to prove he is better, Tiny explored the woods, and by chance encountered and battled Tigerpaw. Defeated, Scourge refused to go back home.
Scourge lived as a wild cat in the Twolegplace, and ended up with a tooth in his collar, growing his reputation.
Scourge sought out the strongest cats to do his dirty deeds and with desperate followers, he had no interest following an honorable code like the Clans.
Boulder came to him with Tigerstar and Scourge recognised him, agreeing to help with an alliance to the other cats.
Scourge led BloodClan to the forest, claiming his real plans to take over. When Tigerstar objects, Scourge kills him with a blow that took all his lives.
The Clans fought back, and without the belief of StarClan Scourge had no lives, so Firestar killed him.
Scourge’s ally was Bone, valued for his strength and courage. The Clans originally thought he was leader, but died in the same battle as his leader.
No one could doubt Bone’s loyalty to his leader and it is disappointing he never had the chance to become a great Clan warrior.
Sol originally joined modern SkyClan but was too selfish and resistant to the warrior code.
After stealing Leafstar’s kits, he was banished and he grew determined to prove to all the Clans that the warrior code is worthless.
Midnight gave important information before Sol went to ThunderClan, telling of darkness. Firestar eventually sends him away.
During a great battle on ThunderClan territory, an eclipse came that Sol prophesied. This was a guess, as he only foretold a coming darkness.
Sol almost destroyed ShadowClan by convincing Blackstar to give up the warrior code. Blackstar soon is shocked back to faith and banishes Sol.
After Ashfur is murdered, a patrol is sent to take Sol prisoner. Sol remains calm the whole time and his presence causes anger with the other Clans.
Sol comes back to ThunderClan, encouraging the cats that never met him before to make plans to attack WindClan while doing the same to WindClan.
The Clans find out, and Hollyleaf threatening to take his life if he shows up again. Sol’s only achievement was making the Clans vulnerable for the Dark Forest.
Sol was close to destroying the Clans, but the code stayed strong. He left alone as bitter as he always was.
Four Clan cats were sent to journey and listen to what Midnight tells them. They reached the sun-drown-place to find Midnight is a badger.

Midnight was only hostile until she realized who they were, and revealed to them that they need to follow a dying warrior to find their new home.
Midnight came again when hoards of badgers attacked ThunderClan camp, fighting for the Clans to defeat the badgers.
After Sol comes to the lake and causes trouble, Jayfeather asks Midnight in a dream why she gave Sol so much information.
Midnight told him that there is an even greater enemy coming, and she sent Sol to test the Clan’s faith in StarClan.
If they could resist Sol’s manipulation, they have a chance to stand against the Dark Forest.
She returns to the lake to fight the Dark Forest forces, helping to drive out the worst enemy of all.
She has watched the first sunrise over the lake and foresaw the Clans, Tribes and ancients. Instead of witnessing the sunset of the Clans, they welcomes a new dawn.
