- The guide first includes a short introduction to the guide's content, an explanation to the pen name Erin Hunter, an introduction to Warriors, Seekers, and Survivors, why kids love the books, as well as a large checklist over the books.
- It has three different segments for each book series, all about classroom activities relating to them, which are split into three different categories: Discussion Questions, Curriculum Connections, and Get Creative. The Warriors segment includes activites for The Prophecies Begin, The New Prophecy, Power of Three, and Omen of the Stars.
- The classroom activities have students answer questions about the series, as well as follow-up questions about what they'd do in certain book-related situations. It also has students write a code of ethics for battle, draw comics predicting future events in the series, study first aid techniques, etc.
