History

In the A Starless Clan arc

Wind

Troutkit is a RiverClan kit born to Havenpelt and Sneezecloud alongside his littermates, Floatkit and Rapidkit. The kits are born the night their older brother Splashtail and the medicine cat Podlight travel to the Moonpool, resulting in Mothwing staying behind to assist with the birth. Splashtail later announces the birth of his younger siblings at the Gathering as a sign of StarClan's favor.

Star

Troutkit is summoned from the crowd of RiverClan kits by Splashtail, who uses the kit to manipulate RiverClan into fighting the other Clans. Concerned for Troutkit, Splashtail's warriors obey. In the heat of battle, Sunbeam rescues Troutkit, who reunites with his mother. His sister, Floatkit, is kidnapped by Splashtail after the battle. However, Harestar rescues Floatkit, who reunites with Troutkit and their family.
