Hi there, you've discovered my talk page. Big whoop. There arent any rules, just no extensive spamming, sign on with tildes, don't feed the elephants and no swearing. Well..I guess that's it for now. For extensive stuff, look at the prof. It's there for a reason. ☺Swanflutter♫Here's to the new year!❄Besties☃ 02:04, December 29, 2013 (UTC)
Here ya go
Really, her sibling is FIREHEART? Fireheart was adult when Bramblestar birth!
Re user Hawkfrost and bramblestar
It's Squirrelflight's second daughter. Please read the description. And start a new heading with heading two, NOT under Sorrel's. Thank you.
Do NOT put timestamp as heading.
Hello, I'm Mistypebble, head of the mentor program. You filled out a request to be an apprentice, and I was wondering if you were still interested. If so, could you please reply to your mentor on your request? Or else I'll have to decline it. ☯ Mistypebble ☯ 19:02, November 17, 2013 (UTC)
Hello Misty, I am still interested in being mentored, because I did not know that I had a mentor until the time of your post! I will check it out and post on his/her page, thanks.

Hey Swan! Well, to start out, let's see what you know. Could you make me a charart? Just anything you want, whether it be gray, tortie, tabby, brown, etc., and any rank, as long as you include shading. That way I'll know what point your at and where we need to start! Rainlegs 01:05, November 19, 2013 (UTC)
Alright! It's not half bad. To begin with, you'll need to learn how to reupload images over your personal file. (Whatever your single image is on your userpage. Each time you make a new charart to show what you know, you'll upload the new picture over whatever is currently in there.) Go to here, and see under the mini-picture of what the file is? Where the link says 'Upload a new version of this file'? Click that, and then upload your new picture. The changes may not show up right away, but it will in time and I can cope. C:
Next, you'll need to start saving fill-sized files, so you don't get all of those weird white spots. Go to the PCA page, where you found the blank, and click on the picture. When a larger version in a large white box pops up, click the name of the file. (The big blue link to the upper-left side of the white box, right above the picture) Then, click the picture once more once you're on the file page. Right-click and save, and boom, you have the full-sized image!
Will you reupload the red cat over your personal image, so we can compare it to what you make later on, and then make me another charart, with the full-sized blanks? Upload it over your personal image, too. This time, try to make a tabby. (A cat with stripes.) Leafpool, Hawk Swoop, and Firestar are all examples, although Birchfall, Runningwind, and Sedgecreek are ones, too. Tabby stripes can vary from many different patterns, so have fun and see what you come up with! (Googleing 'tabbies' or 'tabby cats' is great for real-life pictures, too.) Alright, first of all, you need to upload over your personal image. I can find the picture there, so you don't have to create a new file each time and post it on my talkpage. Secondly, what program are you using? You never answered that question and it'll help me if I know. Rainlegs 05:30, November 21, 2013 (UTC)
I use pixlr.05:35, November 21, 2013 (UTC)
Pixlr, great. So the easiest way to make clean chararts would be to use layers. Now, it'd be simplest for me to explain this the next time we're both online at the same time. I'd like to open a Join Me, so I can show you how to use layers in Pixlr. It's a bit too difficult to explain in words alone. Rainlegs 03:43, November 22, 2013 (UTC)
I live in HK, and I also come on about 6pm to 8. And is Join Me using vidcam?
02:54, November 23, 2013 (UTC)
Could you reply on my talkpage? I wasn't aware you responded until I thought to check right now. ^-^ Now, what does HK stand for? Join.me doesn't use a videocam. It allows you to see my computer screen, and if you wanted to, vice versa. It's free and lovely, and doesn't require downloading if you're just going to watch me. Wait, what comment? I'm confused. Anyways, sorry for leaving so suddenly; I had to go entertain some people. As for pointers, torties are typically a black shade, with ginger shade patches thrown about their pelt. The colors can be more brown, like Larksplash, diluted, like Tawnypelt, a bit more red, like Fircone, have large patches like Olivenose, or have more black, like Sunstrike. They can have white, too. If they're a white cat with large black and ginger spots, like Sweetpaw, then they are classified as a calico. Does that help? Rainlegs 02:31, December 29, 2013 (UTC)
Having trouble keeping the outline? Have you made sure that the new layers are all below the lineart one? You can physically drag them below or just hit the green downwards-facing arrow when you're on that specific layer. Rainlegs 06:28, December 29, 2013 (UTC)
Thanks, and could you help me for the smudge tool? Because when I use it, I can't apply any colour to it, even black over white.☺Swanflutter♫Here's to the new year!❄Besties☃ 07:31, December 29, 2013 (UTC)
Oh, I didn't leave that. That was a user thanking me for making them a charart. Anyways, the smudge tool doesn't apply color; it just lets you push the color around a little, to make it look "furry". It's still not working? That's odd. Make sure it's in RGB mode: go to 'image', then hover over 'mode' and click on 'RGB'. That gives you the basic colors and might be your issue. That notice just means that people who are logged out cannot edit the page. You were logged in, so you were alright and could edit the article without problems. It just shows that for everyone, but it doesn't necessarily mean that you yourself cannot adjust it. ^-^ Rainlegs 16:36, January 2, 2014 (UTC)
You joined on October 2nd, 2013. One month is November 2nd. Two is December 2nd. Three is today. Becoming a registered user means that you've signed up for an account here, and you did that three months ago. Now, there's another setting for blocking new and unregistered users, which would block you until the three month mark. However, this is simply a block for unregistered users, so you'd be fine as long as you had signed up for an account and are currently logged in. Rainlegs 03:05, January 3, 2014 (UTC)
Hi Swanflutter, sorry for getting back to you a bit late. It seems that you and Leggy have been messaging each other again, (I believe, correct me if I'm wrong cx) so the apprenticeship seems fine (: And your signature looks great! ^^ ☯ Mistypebble ☯ 20:40, January 3, 2014 (UTC)
Talk page edits
Hey, Swan! While I appreciate the fact that you're taking an active part in editing, please take in mind the timestamps of the messages you're replying to. Some of them haven't been answered since '10/'11, or even earlier- thus you saying to take those discussions to the forums would go unheard. I'm not mad at you or anything and this isn't a warning- just pay close attention to the timestamps, of the messages you're responding to, and if there isn't one, check the page history, and that should give you a time. =3 —Jayce ( 05:07, 2/14/2014 )
