Admin + Rollback Vote
- The current administrators and users with rollback rights, including rollbacks and content moderators, hold a vote.
- In the event of a tie, the vote will be open to the general community providing they are active.
- This vote indicates support of the current staff and is intended to establish a consensus amongst people with experience with the tools and rights being given out before bringing the vote before those without experience with these tools.
RfR closed or passed into voting
Unsuccessful RfR nominations
- Nominations that are not passed are to be archived.
Ensure eligibility
- Once voting is closed, the admins ensure that all votes collected came from eligible voters.
Ending the process
Unsuccessful RfR
- RfRs in which the nominee does not earn rollback rights will be archived.
Successful RfR
- RfRs in which the nominee earns rollback rights will be archived and Rollback Rights will be applied to the Nominee.
The following is a list of requirements a user must meet to be eligible to be nominated into the RfR process.
Requirements
Time
- At least six (6) months of membership to the wiki, during which a user can be made familiar with most aspects the art of Wikicode and the ways of the Warriors Wiki, is required for eligibility for nomination.
Edits
- A member being nominated should have an edit history that indicates activity for at least the previous month. Members with longer edit histories are more likely to be taken seriously. The edits of a member should be of quality. Members who are rolled back frequently when editing should attend to this issue prior to nominating themselves.
- At least fifty percent (50%) of all of a users edits should lie within contributive namespaces or be of a contributive nature (Contributive namespaces include Main, Warriors Wiki, Help, and Template). Your current status can be learned via Special:Editcount.

- The behavior of a user wishing to nominate themselves must comply with Warriors Wiki Policy, including the civility policy.
Flexibility of Requirements
- Requirements can be waived for users who shine in some way. Waiver of requirements can be done during the nomination process by the nominee. This is done by putting forth the reason why that requirements should be waived for that user.
Voter eligibility
- Current administrators and users with rollback rights are asked to vote on rollback applications. Any staff violating the civility policy will have their vote stricken. In the event of a tie, members of the community are asked to vote, providing they are active with a consistent edit history within the last three (3) months.
Voter qualification
- The voting individual must meet the eligibility requirements to qualify to vote.
- A user must have been a member of the wiki for at least three (3) months.
- The user must have a consistent edit history for at least the previous month.
- The voter may not have been solicited by the nominee any other person to be considered fairly involved in the election.
- The voter must sign their own vote. Any vote left unsigned is to be immediately struck from the record.
Support text
- Support text for a vote is encouraged, but not required.
Striking of votes
- Votes are struck at the discretion of the administrators, and are to be stricken only by administrators. If the administrators fail to agree on the actions surrounding an individual vote, it will stand, but NOT be eligible in the case of a win by the number of 'questionable votes'. (IE: 10 votes for, 12 against, but 3 questionable votes against would result in a FOR result.)
- Votes may be immediately struck for the following reasons:
- Vote was left unsigned by the voter.
- Vote text contained a clear personal attack against another user.
- Fail to meet the voting eligibility requirements.
