Introduction

Your Strengths:

I devote myself to this wiki passionately, as I feel the amount of work that has been put into it and is still being put into it. I fight vandalism and copyright infringement present on the wiki on a daily basis, though I am calm and levelheaded when dealing with those causing the vandalism or uploading images they did not create.

I've gone as far as writing a guide to copyright and what is not okay to upload versus what is.

I am well familiarized with the rules of the wiki and stick to them, even when writing blogs, and I participate in wiki operations when I feel there is a need (such as when I felt we should merge the two Owlstar aticles and the current inquiry of Eulalia).

By the latter forum I display that I know when action needs to be taken, no matter who it is that needs to be opposed.

I work for the benefit of the wiki and not for any individual's benefit, though I do try to defend those that I feel are being wrongfully persecuted.

Your Weaknesses:

I, at times, propose ideas that I believe will benefit the wiki that may not be very well thought out.

I can also get a bit too passionate about a couple of trivial subjects (such as Dovewing's eye color), but I try to reign it in as often as I can.

Because I know my own over-passionate responses I sometimes try to avoid getting involved in conflict when I could intervene to try and find a peaceful solution.

I belong to only one project as I only own a single Warriors book, so I am not familiar with every part of the operations behind the website.

I am currently a freshman in college, and there may be instances when it the website will have come second to my assignments or studies.

Just about every action I make on this wiki I make in an attempt to help it. To be granted Rollbacker Rights would be an honor I would use to help fight vandalism I often see on this website, such as last night when we had another brush with the "infamous" Darkheart. I am already well known as a copyright defender and have been honored with the title of Senior Warrior in PCA.

I would use these rights only when I see it as necessary and at no other point. It would be no different from what I already do, patrolling the wiki for vandalism, but these rights would allow me to work more efficiently when I need to. If the wiki does not need any more rollbackers or anyone feels I am not qualified for the job, I understand. I merely feel I should offer my service to the wiki fully.

Seconding

In all the time I've been here, I've never seen such a user dedicated to the wiki and the guidelines as much as Shelly is. She isn't afraid to point out users who've violated such rules, even if they've been here long enough to know them by heart. Whether it be a simple NOT Policy violation, or something more serious, like copyright, Shelly's on them in an instant. When she tells them, it's short, sweet and to the point.

Recently, we've had more and more users violating copyright policies, and each and every time, Shelly's reminded them that they are violating it. She knows more about copyright then just about all of the other users here combined, and someone like her is needed on this wiki's staff. You'd never know just how new she is here by looking at her contributions. She does tons of work that most older members would have never thought of doing.

In the short time she's been here, she's reverted tons of vandalism, brought amazing ideas to PCA and has helped me out in the chat room, despite not having the chat moderator rank herself. She's risen to the sought-after rank of Senior Warrior in PCA, and I'm honored to have her lead with the rest of us. She's a wonderful user who devotes a lot of time to this wiki. If anyone deserved rollback rights, it's her. Yes, she may be strict, but, in the end, she means well. This is what the staff of Warriors Wiki needs: someone who cares about the wiki, knows their policies, and is active.
