Chapter infobox positon

I was looking at some book pages, and it's quite difficult to notice the Chapter links at the very bottom of the page. I'd say that inexperienced visitors won't even notice them, even if these are very important pages. I'd rather add the chapter links to the Book infobox (above or instead the Summary cell).
