I actually realized I don't have the file on this computer... I got it done at school which means I can't get it until someday in January. But I can tell you that I did the stripes with a 2px or 3px brush (depends on the detailed-ness) and smudged along the direction of the stripes with a 2px brush. I hope that helps. No the issue with the stripes needs to be addressed. I apologize I wasn't clear. Anyways so imagine there's a dorsal stripe - there isn't, but imagine there is. The stripes should flow to match the non-existant dorsal stripe. Right now they kinda just criss cross the body and that's not what a cat's back looks like with stripes. I think it would be a good idea, to take a large sized brush (4px-6px?) and just smudge the body shading upwards, then smudge the smudges (if there are any) horizontally. And blur the smudges after that.
