Here are some guidelines all users must comply with

Make sure to follow the guidelines.
The limit is 40 images, regardless if some are CBAed or withdrawn. If you exceed it, your image will be immediately declined.
Your image is yours until it is archived, do not reserve a new one until yours has completed CBA and/or has been archived due to other matters.
If your image has been declined due to the one month limit, you must wait two weeks to reclaim your image. This gives other users the chance to work on it if they wish.
If your image has gone less than three (3) days without comments, please do not ask for comments or a CBA. It is common to go a couple consecutive days without comments before a CBA is set into place. To ask before the three day timespan has passed puts your image at risk of being declined.
Please do not align your images! This messes up the structure of the page.

I suggest looking at the other blanks, you might pick up some good points. Maybe try drawing lines that helps show the muzzle, sorta like the cave-guard or leader. Just keep trying until it seems right.Stealth f🔥re ^{❤Warriors Forever!❤} 06:13, August 21, 2015 (UTC)

The lines don't need to be thinner, Burnt. They match the thickness on some of the blanks we have, and it's honestly fine. —Jayce(15:44, 8/21/2015)

The eyes should have thicker lineart, and the eyes should be further apart and follow the curve of the face more. The chin should be more noticable as well. Nubface (talk) 18:33, August 21, 2015 (UTC)

The face is bent downwards at an angle. Right now, the eyes are facing forward with the same perception. If the muzzle where to be there, the eye on our left would have to be angled a bit differently, to make way for the shape of the muzzle. if that didn't make sense i'll try to explain it better Splook ^sweet ^{^creature} 20:15 Fri Aug 21

No. A week without uploads on blanks is not fair. Blanks are a much different process than a normal image- I don't remember the timeframe we decided on, but if you don't upload for a week, you won't lose your blanks. I think we ended up picking two weeks...or something like that. Regardless, working on blanks is a very long process and there's no need to hold you to the same requirements as a normal image. It just wouldn't be fair, flat out. —Jayce(16:17, 8/22/2015)

Forgot to mention earlier, but the tail should be moved down a bit, especially on the shorthair. The tails rests on the ground and tends to curl around their front paws. Nubface (talk) 20:46, August 22, 2015 (UTC)

The size is fine tbh. There are other blanks the same size/bigger. Also, if you were talking about the lineart itself, the thickness of the lines is fine as there are other blanks with the same thickness of lines. —Ivy ☆ 21:01, August 25, 2015 (UTC)

I think the lineart could be just a touch smaller and the lineart just a touch thinner, but that's just me. Also, the angle of the face looks a little off - it looks like, from the position of the cat, the head is titled a bit downward, but the face seems tilted too much upward. Also, the tail is a little too high up on the shorthair, it should be even with the front paws, at least at the base, since that's where it would connect to the back. May I offer a redline to help with anatomy and such? If not, that's cool, just offering. ^^ Jayie ^{Unwritten words~} 21:51, August 25, 2015 (UTC)

I honestly think the blanks should be scaled down slightly to match the sizes of our other blanks, because as it stands right now, they are the largest. The anatomy seems to be that of a kitten? I think that the rounded paws and round face shape give this appearance, if you go with slightly more defined shapes, it should help give more of an adult cat appearance. The long furred's fur seems to be a bit spiky, do you think you could lay it flatter to the body and have it follow the direction of the body as best as you can? And it might just be me, but the perspective at which the front of the cat is versus where the butt sits seems kind of off to me and looks kind of painful for the cat's spine. Do you think you could scooch the cat's hindquaters closer to the body? I'm not an anatomy expert, and some of my advice could be wrong, and in that instance, I may be disproven and I'm fine with that, but that's personally how I would draw the blanks if I were doing them myself. re-ups Now here's a thing, I was told to enlarge them (my original ones were way smaller) and the entire cat went crooked because I tried to redraw it. Pixelizing/scaling is a little too hard for me, or I could've been doing it wrong, and in that case can someone tell me how to do it? @Ivy, I tried my best for the fur... I kinda screwed it up. When I first drew the blank I copied exactly from an actual cat photo, so I'd like to get a second opinion on the hind legs. I lowered the short-haired tail, and I moved the eyes of both blanks down and a little more separated from each other. The fur seems fine to me - its long-furred anyways, if you're talking about the long haired blank. I hate to be pushy again, but could you maybe thin out the lines again? I think that their eyes and nose need to be moved so it looks like they're looking down. I'm so sorry, but I think I'd have to withdraw these... I don't have time of them because of school, and my laptop is taken by my parents. I might have time to work on regular projects with the school computers, but blanks are a lot harder. Anyone can take these over if they want, I'll even allow them to use them directly (although I'm not even a fan of them myself). can you make the tail a little bit fluffier? theyre supposed to be longhaird but theyre honestly barely thicker than the shorthairs. also the haunch looks oddly small, and the eyes maybe should be tilted just a tad so theyre not so totally front facing. the paws should be more on the ground too- the cats are putting their weight on them. Reups Honestly, the tail can be edited if the cat's tail is said to be predominantly more fluffy, like Feathertail. And I'm looking at my cat right now, comparing pictures to a shorthair cat and they're honestly not that much bigger. And the eyes aren't front facing, they're facing down already. Can you make the the tail on the shorthair thicker? Also, extend the mouth some more. Curve the <<<< front paw some more near the chest and curve the chest on that side more as well. I actually think the tails could be fluffier on the long-haired, but in general, just a tad bit longer. Remember, what your cat looks like is just one of many many cute and adorable kitties in existence. All of the blanks on this site have lines that are two pixils thick. In some places it appears to have that, but in others it looks like it has either three or one, and you want to make sure not to leave entire black areas, such as the ears. Make one white pixil in the black to break it up. Just a little tidbit of advice from someone who made a blank from scratch and occasionally does pixil work on the side. The longhaired tail looks kinda weird with the one pixel wide solid line at the bottom of the tail. I presume it's supposed to be flat on the ground? If you could add some tufty parts of fur on the tail, that would be lovely. Also, there are places where it's still one pixel thick (like the paws, arms, ect) - they should be two pixels thick, as to match the other adult blanks. —Jayce(12:47, 9/10/2015)

Beebs, that doesn't mean you can't try and add some shading to it. Right now, it looks awfully flat. It's very possible to shade the herbs- I've done it, as have many others. It shouldn't just be three different colors. —Jayce(12:59, 9/11/2015)

In GIMP (what you use, right?) it's one of the tools in the toolbox, towards the top of it - it looks like a magic wand and is called "Fuzzy Select Tool". As for the image can you define the shading a tad? Very pretty! —Ivy ☆ 20:25, September 9, 2015 (UTC)
