I get there shouldn't be light down there since I've used this source before, but it shouldn't look so flat as it is does. There should be depth. Adding some shading light should help add depth to the lighter parts of the shading there as well as some darker bits, like Blackstar has. The shading on the haunch could be swooped downward to encompass the curve (basically putting the shading on the lower haunch and connecting it), and removing some from the tail tip because there wouldn't be as much. Vec I am Iron Man! 👾 21:17, June 16, 2019 (UTC)

Bouncefire is a tabby, its not seen as prominent as this. As some others have probably said. One shading on another character might not work for another. The source contradicts the shading on the tail, it should be on the bottom as its inconsistent with it on the top. That spot of shading still looks fairly light compared with the rest of the shading, making it look inconsistent. Could you make it match in depth more? I think the depth could be defined on both front legs and the face - perhaps expand it to go under the chin? Hey, I figured I'd note - please do try to make this the last time. This is the fifth time source's been overhauled via upload history, and each time it is, it negates all the comments before, extends the process, and is largely a waste of time for all the people who left comments beforehand. Very nice! I feel that the shading by the bend of the tail could be removed, so then you'd just have the patch of shading on the bottom, then one by the base. Not sure, it just looks off to me? Alright, few things. What tool are you using to make the shading? Is it the burn tool or are you using a pencil/brush to draw/paint it on? The shading still could be defined a few ticks more. The lineart is still graying, it's being covered by something. Try erasing on your layers to return it back to its original color. Kill the waste outside the back. Smudge the earpink a bit as well.
