Instead of darkening it, I would say make another layer of shading to add depth to it. I can see you changed the earpink, but you have to say reuploaded when you post a new change. But the earpink still needs to be triangular. Try using a binary pixel tool. Still a problem with the earpink. Look at some other images to get a feel for how you should draw the earpink triangle. As for the other parts of Slightfoot, some of the shading is leaking away from the legs and stuff. If you want to look closely and change it, then I'd advise you to do that. Did you set your shading layer to multiply? It might help the shadows look a little more tinted to the base color and natural. Friendly reminder that the pictures inside the book are grayscale, so we cannot assume she was blue there. If it's for the cover, it wouldn't be a kit, it would be her current rank as of the cover- which we don't know. And I thought this was for The Ultimate Guide and Cats of the Clans, not Bluestar's Prophecy. =/ Using that chapter picture is totally an excuse for more art and you're picking at everything to get more images. I'll say that because that's what it looks like. I've been here far longer than any active member, save for Scarlet and David, and we've had this happen in the past. You think I can't tell when someone wants art or not? What book is this alt for? The discussion was more about The Ultimate Guide and Cats of the Clans, from what I gathered, not Bluestar's Prophecy. The chapter art is not counted as a legitimate image because it is in grayscale and there is no color. If the alt is from TUG and CotC, then yes, it's warranted. But Fox just said above that it's for the chapter art for BP- which that is not a legitimate one. I see nothing in that discussion about the chapter pictures. If that's what this alt is for, then it is invalid. If the art is for her blue appearance, then that's another story entirely and the image is warranted. I was under the impression that from the discussion, that's what this alt was for- nothing more, nothing less. That's what that looks like to me. Now, since I've just checked The Ultimate Guide, Bluestar is mentioned as a kit, apprentice, warrior, queen, deputy, and leader in that section for her. She is also mentioned to be in StarClan.
