Also, if the light source is coming from the top left, the highlights would be on that side of the legs instead, and the outstretched arm would have some more shading (at least on the white patch)? {{Diablo./Sig2|08:12, 19/1/2020}} |

Tweaking
Tallstar (KP) - Redone
Ehh, I don't like the shading on this one - I'll redo it later. Also the highlights are invisible, so I'll buff up the opacity too. — ☆ paper · finches ★ 18:02, January 7, 2020 (UTC)
Elongate his tail. --Av Out of sight and out of mind () 19:44, January 7, 2020 (UTC)
Add some shading to the inner ear on <--- ear? Vec I am Iron Man! 👾 22:59, January 7, 2020 (UTC)
Re-uploaded - Still not liking the shading. — ☆ paper · finches ★ 19:20, January 8, 2020 (UTC)
Re-uploaded - Roughened up the shading a lil'. I like it much more. — ☆ paper · finches ★ 19:37, January 8, 2020 (UTC)
Could you smooth out, and maybe expand the highlights a little bit? This looks somewhat darker than the other images in his set. — max it is the real thing, (04:29, 09/1/2020)
Re-uploaded - I expanded the highlights out, but they probably could still do with some smoothing. — ☆ paper · finches ★ 17:08, January 9, 2020 (UTC)
I think the highlights are fine at the moment, but, the earpink doesn’t seem to match the set either, it’s too light. — max it is the real thing, (18:46, 09/1/2020)

The white patches on the out stretched arm, the back leg closest to us, and the second “ring” on the tail could all stand to be expanded a bit. The patches basically should match to the loner. — max it is the real thing, (15:44, 10/1/2020)

Can I nudge this? — ☆ paper · finches ★ 16:34, January 13, 2020 (UTC)
Hm - there's some pretty noticeable leaking shading on the haunch —spooky is that... a furry cat?!? 18:27, 1/13/2020
I tried to do bounce light on the haunch, but I'm not sure I've done it correctly. — ☆ paper · finches ★ 20:07, January 13, 2020 (UTC)
Can I ask for a second opinion? — ☆ paper · finches ★ 19:14, January 16, 2020 (UTC)
Perhaps soften the transition toward the haunch? That might make it a bit more realistic. --Av Out of sight and out of mind () 19:20, January 16, 2020 (UTC)
A bounce light basically calls for a softer shading style in general, and at the moment here it’s almost making the light source conflicting (especially on the back leg closest to us). I did do a write up on a bounce light before which has since been archived with onsite examples of how a bounce should hypothetically look with with wwiki’s blanks.
The white on the outstretched arm could also stand to be a little larger to match the loner, again. The eyes also look too yellow, when compared with the set and the first white spot on the tail should be a little further up, near the start of the tail. Are you still using one of the master files for colour referencing and such, out of curiosity? — max it is the real thing, (20:03, 16/1/2020)
Re-uploaded - I am still using both the loner and warrior for the colours. I removed the bounce light - I'll need to practice that more and I don't have the time right now. Do you have a link to the bounce light examples for the future, Max? — ☆ paper · finches ★ 20:21, January 16, 2020 (UTC)
Sure do! Here's a few, one done by Paleh and couple done by myself. Example 1, example 2, and, example 3 - all showing different light sources and slightly different shading styles. It really is a subtle effect at best and works best with softer shading styles most of the time, but, with some practise it can work with anything (as long as you understand the basic theory behind it - I recommend looking into some photography examples of it!) — max it is the real thing, (05:10, 17/1/2020)

Black Ear (W) - Tweaked
theres some spots i need to tweak up brb ❀ mei ❀ thank you for your patience 23:47, January 18, 2020 (UTC)
reup praying i did well, bc this was kinda hard ❀ mei ❀ thank you for your patience 23:51, January 18, 2020 (UTC)
Can you lessen how high the shading goes on the white portion of the tail (the bottom part, from our view)? —spooky is that... a furry cat?!? 00:41, 1/19/2020
reup❀ mei ❀ thank you for your patience 00:55, January 19, 2020 (UTC)
I see that it's lost depth, but it's still the same height it was before. I do think, with the source, that more area of that part would be not shaded, which is what I'd meant by lessening the height, if that is possible to do. —spooky is that... a furry cat?!? 01:05, 1/19/2020

I'm not seeing a difference in the upload history? — max it is the real thing, (08:11, 19/1/2020)
Might you brighten up the white on the tail? It's looking insanely dark and shading-heavy. —Jayce(15:01, 1/19/2020)
