You should reword the "positive chat experience for everybody" thing
If somebody were a massive meanie who got happiness making others suffer, then censoring his abuse would make him unhappy, and he's part of "everybody" although evil people need boundaries and should express their evil energy on other websites, and you can make a person unhappy if they're very rude only.
Try renaming it "most people" or something.
This is really irrelevant to say, but it had to be said anyways, as I overthink everything. Change it or don't. I don't endorse abusive behavior on the wiki, I'm just making a point.
