The Warriors animation is an untitled animation production. It is currently unclear if it will be an animated series or film, though the Warriors Instagram account and Coolabi have advertised it for both "television and film." It will include characters and plotlines from The Prophecies Begin.

Production

On January 25th, 2024, the Warrior Cats website announced a recent deal between Coolabi Productions and Tencent Video, a Chinese streaming company, to create an official animation for Warriors. The production will feature "the original characters and storylines to create animated adaptations for audiences across the globe." The CEO of Coolabi, Jeremy Banks, described the deal as:

"We are delighted to have concluded an agreement with Tencent Video which will see Warrior Cats brought to animated life around the world. Official animation has consistently been top of the list of requests made of us by the enormous global community of Warrior Cats fans and I cannot think of a better partner to collaborate with. My team and I could not be more excited about working with the wonderful team at Tencent Video and look forward to seeing Warriors Cats on screens, big and small, across the world."

In promotional details for Wind (assuming the paperback version) on Edelweiss, key selling points for 2025 included details about the upcoming animation. "The first official animated adaptation of Warriors will be developed in collaboration with Coolabi Productions and Tencent Video. The adaptation will include the characters and storylines from the original series—WARRIORS: THE PROPHECIES BEGIN."
