Wildkit is an ancient RiverClan kit.[2]
In Code of the Clans, when they hear that three WindClan kits have drowned in the gorge, Wildkit and their sibling, Minnowkit, pester the medicine cat, Graywing, with many questions. These questions include whether the kits' eyes fell out. When their mother hears them, she scolds them for saying such awful things, and takes them back to the nursery.
Wildkit sleeps in the nursery with Hayberry and Minnowkit. The kits that drowned in the river—Smallstar, Wolfheart, and Runningstorm—come to Graywing in a vision and show her the sleeping kits, and the medicine cat realizes how precious kits are to a Clan.
