StormClan's Folly

Windkit is born to Huntheart and Fernwhisper alongside his littermates Lightningkit and Rainkit. The litter is the first to be born in StormClan, and their arrival brings the Clan much joy. In early newleaf, the Clan is chased away from the abandoned Twoleg nest when its Twolegs arrive to reclaim it. StormClan eventually settles in a marsh, though Windkit and his littermates are nervous about the unfamiliar land. Galestar reminds the kits of the strength of the Clan to encourage them, and Windkit declares that StormClan can defeat any predator. After Rainkit's death in greenleaf, Huntheart and Fernwhisper decide to leave StormClan and return to the forest.
